Industrial Touch Display and ARM-Based All-in-One Devices with a Unified Look for the Industrial Sector
The VUE family offers a general display (VUE-2000) and AIO solution (VUE-4000). Both have been designed to sit at the intersection of innovation and functionality, with multiple applications.
The VUE-2000 series for industrial ecosystems
The VUE-2000 series has both touchscreen and non-touchscreen models. The sizes include 10.1", 15.6", 21.5", 23.8", and the next generation of 19" and 32" products will be launched in Q1 of 2024. They are equipped with multiple I/O interfaces for diverse media connectivity.
VUE-2000 touch display models feature CS10V noise immunity, gloved usage (by switching modes), an active stylus pen, salt water operation, and front panel IP65 protection that meets industrial requirements to ensure ruggedness and durability.
For installation, VUE-2000 series devices can be used as standalone touch monitors with the optional VESA stand. They can also be panel mounted, or used as OpenFrame displays with rear circuitry for easy access.
VUE-4000 ARM-Based All-in-One devices for industrial interactive ecosystems
The VUE-4000 series encompasses ARM-based models in various sizes including 10.1", 15.6", and 23.8". The devices come with Android 11 as the operating system for industrial interactive ecosystems.
Benefits of working with VUE-4000 models include but are not limited to the following:
1. Easy setup
With all VUE-4000 ARM-based all-in-one models, customers do not need to purchase the computing device and touch display separately. The setup supports easy input on the front end while being connected for data on the back.
2. User Management
VUE-4000 models are rugged with IP65 protection on the front panel, and provide IK08 impact protection. The touch solution also has CS10V noise immunity for operation in highly noisy industrial environments. The Android 11 operating system on the VUE-4000 series is without GMS. This means Google services like YouTube, Gmail, etc. can’t be accessed for personal use. MIS members deploy specific APPs or documents through internal Ethernet or local networks (i.e. production SOP) so that management can be centralized. VUE-4000 is equipped with an RJ-45 port to access the Internet, with embedded Wi-Fi as an additional option (the default is “off”). To upgrade the Wi-Fi, users will be able to use a Wi-Fi dongle to connect with VUE-4000. Additionally, all video signal ports are integrated on the system board. However, VUE-4000 reserves one HDMI port in case of an Android shut-down. An external operating device can connect with VUE-4000 through HDMI as an emergency solution once Android 11 is shut down.
3. Longevity support
VUE-4000 inherits the VUE family spirit to provide industrial grade materials and longevity support. VUE-4000 models are highly adaptable to different environments with IP65 protection against dust and water on the front panel as well as IK08 impact protection. The touch solution also has CS10V noise immunity making it suitable for highly noisy environments.
